It's a little cumbersome, but it works. Highlight the text you need to redact with the Highlighter Tool. Right click on the text you just highlighted and changed the the color to black. Do this to all of the text that you need to redact. For things like logos and other graphical content use the rectangle drawing tool to cover it. Change the border and interior colors both to black. I know what you're thinking: Someone else can use Acrobat to "un-redact" it by changing the colors, but we're not done!
